Asset Manager - Offices

Our client is a multi-award-winning winning Investor, Developer and Asset Manager of high quality commercial assets. Having been operational for the past 20 years, they have partnered with a host of private and institutional partners to create an enviable portfolio of grade A offices throughout London and other major UK cities. The business has secured a number of assets over the last 18 months in a tough market and is still growing and as such they're looking to recruit an Asset Manager - Offices to continue to drive portfolio performance. Knowledge and experience: Minimum of 6 years combined industry experience. Knowledge of the UK Market. MRICS-qualified. Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 base Package Bonus.
