We have partnered with a leading Lloyd's syndicate to find them a Lead Portfolio Actuary to play a pivotal role in optimising portfolio performance. This role will work closely with the CUO, Head of Pricing, and Senior Underwriters to drive data-driven decision-making, enhance underwriting insights, and support strategic planning. This role is not limited to but includes: Key Responsibilities: Analysing and optimising portfolio performance, identifying trends and proposing strategic actions. Utilising analytics to drive underwriting insights and regularly report findings to senior management. Leading business planning exercises, including loss ratio and reinsurance assumption development. Supporting reinsurance function by analysing alternative structures and placement adequacy, collaborating with capital modelling teams and brokers.
