This could be the role for you… The Role As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a key member of our calculations team at Heywood where you will be effectively designing, developing, and delivering solutions for new and existing customers. Collaboration is key at Heywood, both within the Operations team and across the wider business. You will build strong working relationships across teams and with our customers whilst delivering solutions within both our in-house developed and award-winning software, Altair, and our newly acquired low-code calculation engine. This is a varied role which involves a fantastic mix of technical and consultancy skills. You will implement a range of different solutions for customers, each with their own bespoke requirements. These solutions range from routines that help customers to calculate their members’ benefits and programs for loading and validating data, to automated reports to help customers manage and monitor their services. You will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, delivery, and post-implementation support.
