Job Title : Product Counsel Location : United Kingdom (Remote) Requirements : Tech product experience Who We Are: Our client is one of the largest tech players in the world, headquartered in China, with a global revenue of $65Bn. They are currently evolving from a technology-driven company into a service-led business. As they continue to expand, particularly within their $7 billion Tech Services Division, they are looking for a Product Counsel to join the team. The division is headed by a talented Head of Legal, who has been leading the way in their AI initiatives. The division focuses on tech solutions and services, making candidates with product experience essential. What We Need: 6–10 years of experience A commercial lawyer with product experience Expertise in SaaS, DaaS, Hybrid Cloud Solutions, and/or Digital Workplace Solutions Expertise in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, product development, and rollout Experience with AI products or services would be highly beneficial What's on Offer: £90,000 – £120,000 (DOE) 20-25% bonus Annual salary increments Great benefits and pension Flexibility on location (remote option) If you are interested or have any recommendations, contact me at benheriotbrown.com
