About the Company Following a series of new business wins, this award winning, independent, full-service digital agency in Manchester is seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer to join their team. Based in Greater Manchester, the agency provides hybrid and flexible working options: in-office time is dedicated to cross-channel collaboration, training, and mentoring the junior members of the Technical team. Full-Stack Web Developer Role and Responsibilities As the Full-Stack Web Developer, your work will be split across working on retained client hours, and handling ad-hoc projects/tickets for clients and the internal teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Developing websites from scratch, handling both front-end and back-end development Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations, writing clean and well-documented code, while also ensuring deadlines are met Mentor junior team members on best practice Contribute in client meetings as and when necessary Utilise your technical stack with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, SQL, and ideally Laravel Skills and Experience Your professional development will be an active focus for the business, as you are given a wide selection of training opportunities, bi-annual performance reviews, and 121 sessions with your line manager to support your growth to progress to a senior Web Development position.
