Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategy & Operations Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving Healthera's strategic vision and operational excellence. You will take ownership of entirely new GTM strategies and projects as we fast forward our mission of transforming the traditional operating models of healthcare providers, and creating the market’s best experience possible for consumer healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Founder/CEO and senior leadership team, you will work hands-on to develop and implement strategies that align with our growth objectives, optimise operational processes, and ensure the effective execution of key initiatives. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and refine Healthera’s strategic plan in collaboration with our leadership, product, tech, and customer-facing teams. Spearhead new B2B and B2C growth initiatives, internal process improvements, and other strategic initiatives across our teams. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to drive continuous improvement. Operational Excellence Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement processes and systems to enhance operational performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive continuous improvement. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes. Finance Modelling: Develop and measure the unit economics and profitability of our B2B and B2C offerings Perform financial modelling, monitoring, and PnL analysis to ensure sustainable growth Requirements: 6 years of experience in strategy, operations, or management roles, with a proven track record of leading successful projects, driving operational improvements, and developing GTM strategies. Experience working in a scale-up company and other fast-paced, competitive environments. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics particularly in a B2C / Marketplace / SaaS setting; proficiency in creating dashboards and reporting on KPI as well as performing deep dive analysis. Experience with customer-focussed initiatives such as cohort analysis, customer satisfaction score improvements, customer-base segmentation and automations. Experience with creating customer experience / customer journeys. Experience with financial modelling; understanding of revenue drivers and growth initiatives. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is a must-have; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
