Job Description: Job Title: Supply Chain QA Tester Job Type: FTE Job Location: Remote, Pacific time zone Salary/Hourly Rate: $50 to $52/Hr. Qualifications Must-Have Skills Supply Chain Management domain expert At least 5 years of hands-on experience working on essential aspects of Order Management - Forward Flow (O2C) and Reverse Flow (I2R/RMA) and other Oracle SCM module . At least 2 years of hands-on testing experience working with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain. Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and understanding/modifying XML files. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Well-versed in creating test plans and test cases. Great sense of urgency, thoroughness, and quality towards assigned tasks/goals. Hands-on experience in debugging problems through system logs. Good-to-Have Skills Hands-on experience in developing automation tests , preferably in Supply Chain. Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java, Python . Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium . Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and how the EDI signals are processed. Responsibilities Be the subject matter expert for business validations in the Forward and Reverse workstreams. Partner with Capability Architects to build and own test strategy, test plan, test scenarios and test cases leading to QA validations and sign-off on assigned projects. Work with third-party partners to perform end-to-end supply-chain integration testing. Evaluate and execute applicable test cases. Document all test results and ensure execution results up to date. Keep stakeholders well-informed of testing progress and statuses. Be able to articulate issues, problems, impacts, and support needs across different internal teams as well as external teams. Innovate and suggest out-of-the-box solutions to improve productivity and processes.
