Solution Architect

​ Your new company Our client, a leading global chemistry company across US, Canada, Asia and Europe, is going through a Digital Transformation. They are building a Digital Hub for the global business in Toronto city, therefore we are hiring multiple technology talents with ambition to join the digital hub. Our client has earned various awards, including being recognized by Mediacorp as a Top Employer in Canada and the GTA in 2023, and for many consecutive years prior. Your new role Acting as the primary authority for authorization matters and ensuring effective communication across the organization. Collaborating with global process owners and teams to successfully complete authorization initiatives and aligning with stakeholders. Reviewing, approving exceptions to authorization processes, ensuring proper documentation. Providing expert guidance on authorization processes and acting as the Single Point of Contact for related inquiries. Facilitating and coordinating authorization testing with functional teams alongside System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Designing tailored authorization frameworks that meets business and organization needs. Conducting regular audits of authorization frameworks and processes to ensure compliance and identifying areas of improvement. What you'll need to succeed A degree in Computer Science, with further education in IT or Digitalization. At least two years in comparable positions, demonstrating relevant expertise. Proven leadership experience within agile organizations. Significant project experience with a focus on successful outcomes. Work experience within digital teams and roles, emphasizing digital transformation. Expertise in connecting business processes with authorization concepts in downstream systems, ensuring that functional roles are clearly defined and aligned with organizational requirements. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent communications and interpersonal skills with familiarity with IT infrastructure, system integration, and consulting methods.
