Your new company Our client is a globally known and Top 100 law firm that provides legal services to a vast number of clients serving in a number of sectors. Your new role This exciting role, you will be part of the SAP Centre Team, within Global IT. As a functional consultant within the team, it will be down to you to establish best practice SAP solutions to align with business requirements. You will be responsible for the following, but not limited to: Designing functional solutions, ensuring their delivery, and creating relevant documentation within the Source-to-Contract (S2C) and SAP Procurement and Analytics (PA) areas Analyse business requirements and propose optimal solutions aligned with system design and industry best practices Work closely with key stakeholders on the delivery of solutions, which include: - Evaluate the impact of change requests on both upstream and downstream processes - SAP configuration, writing functional specifications, testing, leading business workshops and capturing business requirements - Review & sign off deliverables (e.g. design documents, test results) - Ensuring the solution adheres to high standards and best practices for future-proofing - Participate / review to-be business processes definition - Conduct functional end-to-end testing, review test results, and coordinate regression testing with the business teams - Offering assistance during system go-live and resolving issues in day-to-day business operations (BAU) - Collaborate with other SAP functional teams, the internal delivery team, and third-party vendors on solution delivery The ideal candidate would be working in a Functional team and will be responsible for providing SAP configuration and functional knowledge for the following, but not be limited to: Billing & electronic billing (eBilling and eInvoicing) Billing Approval workflows (Fiori) Pricing and Rates management (SAP Pricing) Accounts Receivable and Collections Client and matter (project) master data management (SAP PS, SD) WIP management (time and expenses) Cost management (Soft Cost and Hard Cost) Time recording Trust/Client Accounting Local regulatory and tax requirements for various regions SAP HR – Personnel Administration (PA) What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need the following: 3 Years of working knowledge in SAP S2C & PA processes and practices within a global organisation. SAP skills in: - SAP ECC 6.0 SD, FI-AR and PS module - Pricing-Procedures, condition types, condition tables and condition records - SAP Fiori - Familiar with SAP tables behind above modules - Experience in Resource Related Billing functionality end to end, including workflows - Familiar with forms, integration and reporting related to above modules Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to diagnose and resolve intricate issues within SAP Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procurement and Analytics (PA) processes
