Your new company Hays are working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit 5 onboarding coordinators to join their team for 12 months. Your new role As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Develop relationships with users across the business to successfully onboard temp staff Perform on-boarding, maintenance and off-boarding activities for temp staff Keep HRIS up to date Ensure that all activities are compliant with the company policy Follow documented processes regarding non-employee management Working as part of a team providing support to a wide spectrum of senior stakeholders Acting as the first point of contact for queries from clients and escalating when needed What you'll need to succeed Knowledge of staffing industry, HR or recruitment activities Minimum 2 years' experience of working in an admin or business office environment with the use of in-house computer systems Minimum 1 year's experience of relationship management - including internal and external clients/stakeholders to demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service Experience of using MS Excel to present data and/or create reports What you'll get in return 12-month contract Salary £25,126 Hybrid working Opportunity for extension/perm Reputable organisation with an opportunity to apply for permanent roles What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
