Your new role As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our hardware and software assets. Your responsibilities will also include managing IT contracts and ensuring the security of all business devices. Additionally, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support as needed. You will collaborate closely with third-party providers, fellow IT team members, and other departments within the business. What you'll need to succeed Asset management experience (essential) Previous work experience as IT support (essential) Technical knowledge of software & hardware (essential) Understanding of industry standards name ISO27001, Cyber Essential Plus or similar (essential) Knowledge of ISMS principles Proven track record of good organisation and co-ordination skills Strong administrative skills MS Office user (Excel, Word etc.) Proactive approach to work, efficient task management Ability to work in a team or a self-motivated environment What you'll get in return Entry into Growth by Sharing bonus scheme following probation. 25 days annual leave bank holidays, increasing after 3 years of service.
