You need to have a Oversee the development, approval, and implementation of IT products within the CRM and digital space Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Conduct market research and stakeholder analysis to identify needs and opportunities for product enhancements. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring clear communication of priorities and progress to stakeholders. Monitor and analyse product performance, implementing improvements based on user feedback and data insights. Ensure compliance with government policies, standards, and security protocols.
