Senior Consultant Strategy Operations

Job Title: Strategy and Operations Lead Location: 1-13 St Giles High Street, London, WC2H 8AG Mode of working: Hybrid ( 3Days/Week) Job Type: 9 Months Contract We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Lead to join our News Partnership Team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the execution of new programs and product initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires a blend of program management, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. Running and improving EMEA, and some global, News Partnerships operational processes (internal comms, briefing processes, partner tiering, annual OpEx planning) Working closely with the French, Middle East and Africa team to triage regulatory issues for internal escalation, and prepare exec-level materials (memos, slides) to aide decision making when required Provide chief of staff support to France, Middle East & Africa news partnerships director. Education: Master’s degree or equivalent 4 years of experience in management consulting, or in-house strategy / operation roles Strong spreadsheet and overall analytical skills and mindset. Very strong communication skills (written, verbal) and ability to simplify complexity Working familiarity in professional setting with workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) Fluent English (written and spoken) Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role) Fluent in French or Arabic
