Data Engineer

Our client is a globally renowned financial services brokerage, with a large presence in the U.K. They're seeking a Data Engineer to join their Market Data team, a great opportunity to make a tangible impact in one of their fast growing divisions. £80,000 salary Generous Bonus Benefits 2 x a week in their Central London office They have some exciting projects in the pipeline, you will be building streaming data pipleines and GenAI driven data products. This will be hosted on AWS, so there will be some cloud based development and mantaining the data applications, CI/CD pipelines and databases. Key Requirements : Python and SQL, experience with additional OOP languages is desriable Ideally experience with time-series data Proven experience developing clean, scalable code Nice to have : Linux/Unix Understanding of ETL and event streaming technology e.g., Kafka Cloud experience (ideally AWS) Experience with or good knowledge of AI/ML concepts Please note: Unfortunately, sponsorship is not an option for this position If you have the above experience and are interested in being considered, please click apply now.
