The company Hartmann Young has partnered with a high-growth and dynamic diagnostics company, enabling personalised treatment for cancer, heart disease and infectious diseases through digital testing. The role As the Client Liaison Manager, you'll be tasked with delivering a vital service to ensure customer satisfaction, either meeting or surpassing expectations. You'll oversee the operational process, from sample kits, ordering, requisition forms, and logistics, through to the final test reports for our customers. This role serves as the primary contact for private hospital groups regarding ordering, logistics, and reporting. You'll also be responsible for establishing new accounts and supporting existing ones. This includes onboarding clients, setting up account structures, processes, and workflows, and assisting in the preparation and execution of programs and services. Additionally, you'll provide support with reporting, handling client inquiries, and maintain ongoing customer service. The requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), business or life science focus beneficial. Customer service experience in the private/public healthcare sector in the UK. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM. Any experience across cardiology, oncology or infectious diseases would be beneficial. Experience in an inside sales role would also be advantageous, but isn't essential. The person We're looking for someone with exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills who has the ability to work on simultaneous tasks, work cross-functionally and at different levels of the organisation, whether in relation to internal or external stakeholders. You'll spend a great deal of time speaking with customers over the phone, so being able to offer help and guidance in a positive and patient manner is essential.
