Key Responsibilities: Technical leadership and direction for a team of 7-10 made up of developers and QAs Direct access and interfacing with Senior leadership providing insight into the projects roadmap and progress Hands on development for the project Performing 1:1 code reviews and touch points with developers Benefits: Flexible holiday days. Key Skills and Experience: Technical leadership experience is essential Expert Full stack development experience across JavaScript & TypeScript (NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, GraphQL) Understanding of modern CI/CD practices Exceptional communication skills – interacting with both internal and external stakeholders Confident refactoring existing codebase to improve the product utilising the above mentioned tech Familiarity with real-time messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis) DevOps related technologies i.e. Docker and Kubernetes will be useful This role offers hybrid working, with an office based in the City of London. This role will best suit a Senior Software Engineer with expert Full Stack Development experience.
