Service Desk Analyst – Financial Technology Leader in London - £30,000 - £35,000 Harrington Starr are excited to be working on a brand-new Service Desk Analyst opening in London for a Financial Services Technology Leader. Our client is a major player in the FX space and your role will be to provide 1st & 2nd line technical support for both onsite users and remote workers. In terms of progression, our client is renowned for their ability to promote from within and upskill their tech workforce. You will be provided with hands on support on day one from an experienced manager and wider tech teams. Please note this role will require 5 days a week onsite presence in their London office. What we are looking for: Minimum 1 -2 years' experience in similar role, ideally providing support in a corporate environment. Solid knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Windows and Linux environments. Experience of service desk system such as Service Now or similar. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Experience building laptops/desktops. Knowledge of Operating systems and related software packages. Understanding of print servers and printers. Knowledge of telephony (Mobile and VOIP), supporting mobile devices and MDM applications.
