Platform Engineer West London - AI & Private Equity Start Up 2 days onsite, 3 days wfh £60,000 - £80,000 basic Very excited about this new Platform Engineer role at one of our clients who focusses on AI-driven private equity solutions. This is a team of passionate experts and innovative thinkers with a top-notch tech stack, minimal tech debt, and a great working atmosphere. They are looking for someone to be a key player in building scalable and resilient architecture for cutting-edge workflows. Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform. Manage apps based on Django with Celery workers and a Postgres DB on Azure. Ensure platform security and resiliency, aiming for ISO27000 certification. Set up monitoring and alerting systems, and create insightful dashboards. Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and a senior developer on innovative projects. Potential to become Lead Platform Engineer as the company grows. Qualifications : Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Python, and cloud solutions (ideally Azure). Experience with containerised applications (Django, Celery, Postgres). Ability to work collaboratively. Passion for continuous learning and innovation. Ideally 3 years of experience as a developer and a BSc or higher in science or engineering.
