Senior/Lead Software Engineer C#, Python, Java, APIs, SDKs, Kubernetes, Docker. City of London, United Kingdom Perm Role: £90,000 - £115,000 Harrington Starr has partnered with a Global Financial Technology company, and they are looking to hire a Senior/Lead, with experience working with highly scalable and highly-performant systems. This is a great opportunity to join a very well-established, growing global team working to build a resilient and reliable system designing, planning, and implementing new features. Key responsibilities: Leading the design, development and maintenance of their APIs and SDKs across a variety of OOP Languages. Ensuring consistency across engineering teams, utilising appropriate the appropriate technologies within the applications. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team - with the potential to build out this team further. Benefits of the role: Flexible hybrid working structure. What skills, experience and qualifications required: Excellent commercial experience with C#, Python, Java and TypeScript. Experience working with cloud technology (Azure/AWS). Strong technical leadership experience. Strong commercial experience working with highly scalable and high-performance systems. Excellent communication skills. Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK. This role offers hybrid working, with an office location based in the City of London. You will be joining the team in a lead role, with the opportunity to train and mentor junior Software Developers.
