To work in a Central London office 1-2 days per week. What you will do Prioritize and manage workload within a scrum framework. Balance conflicting priorities effectively. Manage development team workload and support schedule. Define and enforce interface design and process standards. Ensure software stack, architecture, and security meet standards. Lead a small development team to meet quality and output targets. Manage development processes and testing standards. What you need: Strong experience in C# / .Net Background working in a Development team within a trading organisation. Experience leading teams or mentoring Exposure to Front, middle and back office.
