Configuration Analyst - London - £65,000 - £75,000 Harrington Starr have just partnered with a leading Global Bank who have an exciting new opportunity for a Service Asset and Configuration Analyst to join their IT Service Management team. They are looking for a IT professional with good business and technical knowledge to immerse themselves into a new role and someone who has excellent communication skills. This position will be very hands on and will require exposure to some essential tools and a high level of financial knowledge. Good experience within CMDB configuration to align with the companies infrastructure. Experience working with a Windows environment. Change management experience. Atlassian, JIRA or Confluence experience is beneficial. Data integrity experience.
