Cloud Backend Developer – C# | Azure | Market Data £700-900 per day | Inside IR35 Central London | Hybrid (3 days on-site) ✅ Strong C# & .NET Web API experience ✅ Azure DevOps & Cloud Services ✅ Relational & NoSQL Databases ✅ Market data & financial services experience (Commodities trading is a plus) You'll be working for a leading trading firm as a Cloud Backend Developer , helping to build and optimize a cutting-edge market data platform . Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying scalable Azure-based applications , integrating market data into ETRM & analytics systems , and ensuring performance, reliability, and security. The Role: Develop & maintain Azure cloud applications using modern cloud-native technologies. Optimize & scale backend services, ensuring reliability and security. Integrate & manage market data, interfacing with AWS & other trading systems. Work with DevOps pipelines , improving CI/CD and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders across development, infrastructure, and security teams. What You Need: ✔ Expert C# & .NET Web API development . ✔ Azure cloud & DevOps expertise . ✔ Experience with relational & NoSQL databases . ✔ Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ – nice to have). ✔ Financial services experience (Commodities trading a big plus) . ✔ Self-starter who thrives in an agile, fast-moving environment.
