This role emphasizes research and the application of advanced AI techniques to solve complex client challenges. THE ROLE As a Staff AI Consultant, you will: Engage directly with external clients, pitching to secure new business for the AI team. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to expand the AI hub, including talent acquisition. Manage and mentor a team of AI Consultants as the hub develops. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE PhD in a relevant field, with a strong academic background. Extensive commercial experience as a Data Scientist in a consulting environment. Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of working with external clients or non-technical stakeholders. Research experience from academia or an R&D setting. Proficiency in advanced AI methodologies. Demonstrated experience in leading projects. Technical proficiency in Python and SQL. SALARY AND BENEFITS Competitive salary of £120,000-£150,000.
