Their services involve analysing data to uncover valuable insights and providing recommendations to enhance business performance and decision-making. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES In this Senior Technical Business Analyst role, you will be responsible for: Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the IBM Envizi platform, designed for the sustainability sector, delivers tailored solutions. Scoping and creating briefs for technical teams, gathering requirements, and setting guidelines on timelines. Oversee the delivery roadmap to internal delivery and technical teams. YOUR EXPERIENCE To qualify for this role, you should have: Experience working as a Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong track record of delivering large, complex corporate solutions (e.g. IBM Envizi, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, accounting/finance systems). An interest in in sustainability and ESG, or prior ESG-related experience. Familiarity with tools like Envizi.
