SALESFORCE ENGINEERING MANAGER SALARY UP TO £100,000 LONDON - 2 DAYS A WEEK The Company This is a company that offers a wide range of training programs for various professional fields THE ROLE As Salesforce Engineering Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following: Team Leadership: Act as both a mentor and a manager, fostering a collaborative team environment Guide the team in establishing processes for deployment, testing, and overall workflow, rather than performing hands-on technical tasks. Stakeholder Engagament: Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing and customer service, to alig engineering efforts with business needs. Salesforce Platform & Customer Journeys: Oversee the re-design of customer journeys, with Salesforce as the backbone of the application, central hub, and learning platform.
