LEAD DATA SCIENTIST - Personalisation/Recommender HYBRID (LEICESTER) £60,000 - £75,000 COMPANY: We are working with a leading retail company, who are looking to progress the work they are doing around Machine Learning (Personalisation and Recommenders). They are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join their team. A retail company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join their team ROLE: Working on personalisation of the customer journey on end-to-end machine learning projects Working with Python, SQL, Databricks and GCP/Azure Operating closely with a high-calibre team and various stakeholders in the business Building predictive, segmentation and personalisation-based models with a focus on retail driven customer analytics Managing one other Data Scientist REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of MSc in a STEM subject e.g. Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science Experience in personalisation, segmentation with a focus on CRM Retail experience is a bonus Experience with PySpark/Azure/Databricks is a bonus Experience of management NEXT STEPS: If this role looks of interest, please reach out to Joseph Gregory.
