Consulting Director - Real Assets (Digital and Tech) Up to £150k plus benefits London (2 days a week in office/client site) One of the world's largest professional services firms, providing audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services to public and private organizations. With a global network of member firms, they serve clients in more than 150 countries. This role sits in the Real Assets area that focuses on providing advisory services related to tangible assets. These assets often include real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources. This team provides: Advisory Services around Data, People, Processes, Systems and Technology (very data driven) Support for Transformations of Real Estate Digital Functions Advising clients on the technology they may want to adopt to deploy the systems they need. Responsibilities: Overseeing delivery of projects Developing client relationships, including building pipelines and closing deals Engaging with clients with an A Star approach, whilst also landing and expanding through your networking. What experience is required: Industry experience across Real Estate and Infastructure Experience in creating new client partnerships, and then expanding within that Experience with sales within Advisory Services Experience of delivering programmes, from winning business to completing projects.
