Data Visualisation Manager Central London - 2 to 3 days in office (travel once a quarter) £55,000 - £65,000 About the Company : They are a leading UK retailer of high street fashion, currently seeking a Data Visualisation Manager to harness the full potential of data and advance their data capabilities. The goal is to promote data-driven decision-making across the company, empowering and exciting our team to lead with data. Purpose of the role: With all the tools and training in place, the next step is to find a visionary leader to drive the use of data and visualisation, enabling the business to make informed decisions rapidly and effectively. Team : You will be part of the Analytics team, which spans various domains including marketing, customer analytics, and core analytics. This team supports the entire business, focusing primarily on retail data. As a Microsoft partner, they also receive substantial technical support. Role and Responsibilities : Drive data enablement and visualisation to expedite business decision-making and add value. Empower and motivate the team to use data effectively, embodying the potential of data in decision-making. Evaluate and decide on the best tools for data visualisation (considering whether to stick with Tableau and Power BI or move everything to Power BI). Requirements : Extensive experience with the Microsoft stack and proficiency in either Tableau or Power BI. Demonstrated success in a similar role. Retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
