Software Engineer & Senior Learning Specialist: Exciting hybrid & flexible opportunity for an experienced Software Developer to support Hansen training programs and our Software Development and Delivery teams in t he UK. Take a key role in driving success as you help design, develop and deliver innovative world class software product and services training solutions to Hansen’s customers, employees and partners. About You: You are a highly enthusiastic individual with prior experience as a Software Developer or as a IT driven Learning & Development specialist, with experience designing online learning modules. You have a technical Technical Degree in Computer Science or related with training certifications including CTP, CTDP of equivalent designations are an asset. Strong knowledge of Software Development or previous experience as a hands on Software Developer is preferred that is combined with a background in adult learning methodologies and the Outcomes Based Educational domain is an asset. Delivering and compilation of needs assessments, gap analysis and post course evaluations with previous experience as a university professor or as an instructor in higher education is a plus. Instructional design/development for creating new learning solutions in a technical IT driven market with a technology background or in Software Development and/or Database Management and Administration. Located nearby you will look to spend time in the office working with IT professionals in a hybrid work environment that allow you to enjoy developing trainings and e-courses for technical backgrounds in Software Delivery and Database Management. Key Responsibilities: Working as a Training Instructor to assist in the delivery of Hansen Software deliverables to clients and associated project implementations. Will be a learning consultant as part of a team in designing appropriate solutions for Hansen's Software Delivery and Database Services to advise the business on the best option to suit the learning needs, bringing thought leadership on learning (theory, models, latest thinking). Support in development and review of both Instructor Led and eLearning content deliverables by following global best practices, content development standards (MSTP), adult learning theories and models, and Hansen Software brand standards, processes, and checklists. Timely support updating learning material and AWS based lab environment based on upcoming product releases. Design certification exams that are IT driven, practical lab tasks and different types of assessment questions by following different theories, principles, and models of assessment.
