We are currently recruiting for a leading consultancy organisation, about to embark on an exciting HR transformation who are looking for a HR Platforms Lead to join the business on an 12-month FTC. This role will be key in delivering innovative, automated and scalable People Technology Solutions and will be looking to pay 80k base depending on experience. Ideal candidates will possess the following experience: Experience overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology platforms. In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technology, Workday experience is preferred. Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders Familiarity with data governance, analytics and reporting tools.
