If you’re commercially savvy and passionate about privacy in the insurance sector, this is the role for you What You’ll Be Doing Providing expert, commercially focused advice on privacy and data protection matters, including data processing agreements and impact assessments. Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and highlighting key risks to senior stakeholders. Supporting digital transformation by embedding data protection best practices into business strategies. Managing personal data breaches and overseeing reporting obligations. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across legal, risk, compliance, IT, and marketing teams. Keeping up to date with regulatory developments and advising on their impact. What We’re Looking For Qualified solicitor with extensive knowledge of data protection laws and at least 2 years’ PQE Privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/M) is desirable but not essential. Experience in a regulated environment is desirable. Experience handling complex data processing agreements. International privacy experience would be a bonus.
