Senior Scala Engineer

Description: We are seeking a talented Scala Engineer with strong skills in Scala and distributed systems. This role focuses on developing a high-scale batch orchestration platform and tooling to support data migration and infrastructure modernization. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, writing performant code and building robust, scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Build and maintain a batch orchestration platform executing 100,000 jobs daily Design and implement migration tools for job configuration transfers Develop efficient, high-performance Scala code Architect and manage distributed data systems for reliability and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features Ensure data governance, integrity, and security across infrastructure Min requirements: Strong programming experience with Scala Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
