Principal Java Engineer/Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technology Architect specializing in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related backend technologies. As a Java Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders, providing technical expertise throughout various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. This includes Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture Definition, and Design. You will play a critical role in creating high-level design artifacts and guiding the development team to implement end-to-end solutions from a technical perspective.

Responsibilities :

• Design and define Program Architecture, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including preparing technical proposals and engaging with prospective clients.
• Interact daily with clients, including senior executives, to understand requirements, provide updates, and offer technical solutions.
• Lead and guide the development team in implementing solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and design standards.
• Create and maintain high-level design artifacts and oversee their implementation by the development team.
• Drive technical discussions and decisions related to Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Netflix, and Spring Hibernate/Spring Data for developing Java-based microservices.
• Extensive experience in the design and architecture of JEE applications.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and cloud computing platforms (Azure and AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with Microservice Patterns, including circuit breaker and service discovery.
