IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer Contract, 3 months initially, Max rate - £250pd inside IR35, Somerset We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join one of our key clients based in Plymouth. The role will be providing 2nd line support - ongoing maintenance, upgrades and development of their technology stack. The role will also have a focus on setting up, managing and troubleshooting equipment related to audio and video production. Requirements: Experience supporting end users with Windows operating systems Experience across a range of technologies (e.g. Microsoft, M365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, etc.) Experience supporting across audio and visual technology Experience working on rollouts, upgrades, maintenance projects Strong communication skills with a varied range of stakeholders/end users
