Software Engineer

Job Description Job Description Description: Seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who will build web applications utilizing Java and the Spring Framework, such as Spring Data or Spring Boot. Required Skills • Demonstrated experience building web applications utilizing Java, and the Spring Framework, such as Spring Data or Spring Boot • Demonstrated experience developing web UIs utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks and libraries, including Bootstrap and Angular • Demonstrated experience with back-end architecture patterns, such as RESTful web services and microservices • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing microservices utilizing JMS queues • Demonstrated experience with SQL and database technologies, such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with DevOps practices, tools, and technologies, including Git, Gradle, and Jenkins • Experience implementing Apache Solr indexes • Demonstrated experience writing code to interface with Apache Solr • Experience utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud technologies, including Relational Database Service (RDS) • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise-level applications in Java within a Linux environment Desired Skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices, including iterative and incremental development, daily standups, planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming • Experience with Flowable Workflow • Demonstrated on-the-job experience utilizing Apache Groovy Education Candidate must have one of the following: • 12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma • 10 Years of job related experience and Associates degree • 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree • 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree • 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate Company Description At Getzolutions, LLC, our mission is to be a trusted partner to our clients.
