What you’ll do as a Solutions Architect – Microservices: Lead the design of cutting-edge microservices architecture for high-performance, scalable systems Ensure architecture meets critical requirements for security, scalability, and availability Set the standard for quality by promoting best practices and architectural standards Collaborate closely with engineering teams and the wider tech group to bring your vision to life Guide architecture and design reviews through the entire development lifecycle, ensuring top-quality solutions Work with Product Management to refine architectures that enable the delivery of powerful new product features What you’ll bring: Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end application architectures for highly concurrent, real-time transactional systems Expertise in conceptual, application, integration, and physical modelling Strong experience in addressing both functional and non-functional requirements, producing low-level software architectures Deep knowledge of Java, APIs, and Microservices , with a track record of delivering robust solutions Familiarity with modern development methodologies such as Agile, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and DevOps practices Exceptional communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the business Experience in the Payments Industry is a plus, but not essential What’s in it for you?
