Change Delivery Manager, London, £80-£95k, plus 10% car allowance and bonus, 2 days onsite a week, Portfolio Level Fuse are working with an organisation in London to hire a Change Manager into their EPMO team. With an ever-increasing pace and evolving customer needs, our client needs to ensure that its product and change portfolio is delivered effectively and efficiently. The client is rolling our ADKAR model so knowledge of this is essential as is the rolling out of change frameworks As is working at Portfolio level. Key Accountabilities Lead the development and execution of the change management strategy. Ensure that all people including senior leadership across the business truly understand how best to effectively and sustainably land change. Provide change management subject matter expertise advisory to all in the business. Direct and facilitate completion of change impact assessments, preparing the organization for effective change adoption. Collaborate with delivery resources to ensure change management activities are well planned, communicated and executed. Facilitate and support the development of comprehensive change plans at programme and project level to ensure maximum impact and successful delivery. Lead the continuous improvement of change management practices within the organisation. Skills and Experience Proven Change Leadership – Demonstrable leadership roles in the change management domain. Change Management Experience – Significant experience of designing and implementing best practise change management principles and experience in delivering change in various organisations across multiple sectors. Facilitation & Coaching – Strong facilitation and coaching skills to support stakeholders undertake delivery of change management activities. Change Management Methodologies and Tools – Significant expertise and knowledge of a variety of change management frameworks, methodologies and tools with hands-on practical experience of using them. Product Mindset – Experience operating in a product-driven and outcome-based organisation.
