Product Copywriter

Product Copywriter We are looking for a Product Copywriter to work on FlexiPay and other new products at Funding Circle. You'll write compelling copy across the customer journey, working with designers, product managers and marketers. You'll be adept at speaking to different stakeholders and understanding their perspectives, then creating the best solutions The ideal candidate will be at home working on app screens and product flows, emails and notifications, educational content, web pages, SEO articles and more. You'll need to embrace our brand and tone of voice like it's your own, explain complex technical information in simple terms, have an eye for detail and consistency, and understand how each element fits in the wider customer experience. Please note, the minimum expectation for office attendance is two to three days per week in our central London office. Who are we? We're Funding Circle. We back small businesses to succeed. The role As part of the Brand team, you'll be responsible for bringing our new products to life with engaging copy Work with product and design teams on app flows and product experiences Produce content to educate on our products, in bitesize answers, articles, videos, graphics and more Work with our CRM team on targeted content and lifecycle management Proactively problem solve, identify and confidently mitigate any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day What we're looking for Experience in copywriting focused roles, ideally in Financial Services or other technical/regulated industries Experience of UX and product copy Proven experience of communicating complex information in simple language Experience of SEO, email or other copywriting skills SEO and keyword research At Funding Circle we are committed to building diverse teams so please apply even if your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the requirements.
