Personalised medicine start up Tech for good Solutions benefiting 500 million Freedom to pick tools, technology Generous equity package Work directly with founder Chance to work with agentic workflows Responsibilities: Use your expertise to apply machine learning techniques (eg reinforcement learning, optimization, dee learning, causal inference) Design and develop recommendation and personalisation systems Design and develop tools to accelerate ML product delivery Be the ML leader, deciding the ML strategy Research, design, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to build new AI systems Enhance the quality of these systems by incorporating techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-like experiences Mentor junior ML engineers Stay current with the latest developments in machine learning and related fields, and apply cutting-edge techniques to enhance capabilities Take on leadership responsibilities for AI/ ML team, over a period of handover with the head of (as you transition into a lead) Requirements: Significant commercial Machine Learning experience Proven track record in leading ML (NLP) R&D projects to production-ready solutions; creative problem-solving skills are essential Experience across the entire ML project lifecycle Strong software engineering skills in Python Experience in designing or significantly influencing the architecture of ML systems Experience with popular LLM frameworks (Langchain, Llamaindex, RAG, HuggingFace, and eval frameworks like Ragas or Presidio) Experience building applications utilising LLM APIs, including techniques like RAG Desirable: Degree/Master's/PhD in a technical field such as Computer Science or Machine Learning Knowledge of cloud platforms Agentic workflows Apply now for more details.
