SOC Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven SOC Analyst to join a growing SOC of a reputable solutions provider. This is the first line of defense for an expanding portfolio of established clients. The Role: Proactively monitor security tools (SIEM, EDR, Firewalls) Tier 1 & 2 Support for incoming security incidents Analyse incidents, performing false positive/negatives Work with vendors for product improvements/issues Ensure compliance to ISO at all times Collaborate with multiple business functions for business objectives The Requirements: Experience with EDR solutions Prior SOC/IT Support experience Understanding of Firewalls and Windows Server Knowledge of ITIL Interested?
