The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Fracas’s reach by identifying new partnership opportunities, building client relationships, and executing outreach strategies. This contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work independently and alongside our Business Development Director, while contributing to the growth of a market-leading Web3 studio. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential partners and clients in the crypto and Web3 space Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to engage with prospective clients and collaborators Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and other business documents Build and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing and partnership strategies tailored to client needs Maintain regular communication with partners and clients to ensure their needs are met and opportunities for growth are identified Requirements: 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role Strong understanding of the crypto market and blockchain technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, remote working environment Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn and CRMs for networking and relationship management Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Bonus Points: Previous experience in the crypto or blockchain sector Experience working with Web3 communities and projects What’s in it for You : The opportunity to work alongside industry experts on cutting-edge Web3 projects Growth opportunities within a leading Web3 studio Salary: $16,800 - $19,200 per annum.
