Django Developer

I am delighted to be working with a Tech4Good Start-Up based in London who are looking to hire an ambitious Django Developer to hit the ground running on their existing platform and develop new features to help their customers. This is a Hybrid role and you will collaborate in person with your team 2 days a week in London. Paying up to £65,000 plus share options and a fantastic benefits package. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to join an Engineering Team in it's infancy and be one of the founding engineers. You will work alongside 1 Backend, 1 Frontend and a Tech Lead. A third of your time will be working on maintenance and bug fixing with two thirds developing new features and enhancements for the existing platform. As the business hits milestones and the team grows you will have the opportunity to progress your career, mentor, manage and lead projects and teams, also have a key input into product and strategy meetings.
