Out client operates in over 40 countries with over 20GW of total clean energy production capacity world wide with a global target to reach 100GW by 2030. Due to expansion within their battery storage team, they are now seeking a Senior Grid Manager to manage all scope associated with grid contracts. Responsibilities Review available data to identify target areas for new applications Undertake, submit and manage grid applications Communicate project progress to relevant statutory undertaker to ensure connection date is practicable Participate in grid related industry forums to present ideas and agin an understanding of best practice within the industry Risk management, project governance and quality assurance Comply with information security policies, procedures and requirements at all times Support QSHE activities, policies and objectives of the company and compliance with the laws and regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, science or any other related field Experience in grid management and a commercial understanding of the UK grid market Experience of development and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects Knowledge of BESS and renewable energy sector Solid understanding of the key concepts, regulation and stakeholders of the UK Distribution & Transmission System and associated processes Please apply to this advert with your up to date CV for consideration.
