Here at Focus Cloud we are supporting a fantastic global Workday customer who are looking to hire a 'Workday HR Technology Lead' on a permanent full time basis. This organization went live with the full Workday HCM suite 4 years ago but they are always looking to enhance their Workday solution and have an exciting Workday roadmap ahead including Workday Payroll implementations in Canada, US, and UK. They are looking to bolster the team with a 'Workday HR Technology Lead' who can provide hands-on support across the Workday HCM suite. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports initially but that could change in the future so experience mentoring and leading junior Workday resources is desirable. Role - Workday HR Technology Lead Employer - global Workday customer (Financial Services) Type - permanent, full time Working model - hybrid, ideally 4 days a week in Downtown Toronto Salary - C$120k to C$130k bonus (flexible DOE) Requirements - Strong hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules.
