Workday HCM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HCM Specialist to join a prestigious organization in a post-go-live environment. Position: Senior Workday Specialist Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract (12 Months) Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Hybrid Working – London (3 days per week in-office) Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Base Salary Why This Role Stands Out: Utilize Your Expertise: Apply your configuration experience with Core HCM as a go to Subject Matter Expert (SME) while also supporting other SME's and engaging with other modules within the Workday suite including Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence and Data plus reporting. Key Qualifications and Experience: Experience: A minimum of 2/3 years of experience in configuring Workday Core HCM. Other modular knowledge ideal. Experience with Workday Security is highly desirable, along with familiarity with modules such as Time, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting. Communication Skills: Superior stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to effectively engage with various stakeholders and optimize system benefits. Post Go-Live Expertise: Ability to hit the ground running with proven experience in a fast paced, post-go-live support including business-as-usual activities, optimization, implementation of new features, issue resolution, identifying areas for improvement, troubleshooting and managing Workday releases.
