About the role My client is looking to build a cutting-edge Generative AI and Automation team to transform the way they develop and integrate technology solutions. This is a leadership role where you’ll drive software development, solution architecture, and automation for large-scale enterprise applications. If you thrive in a high-impact environment and want to shape the future of AI-driven solutions, this is your chance As Development and Quality Assurance Leader (GenAI) you’ll lead teams in delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions across AI, DevSecOps, cloud-first technologies, and automation . You’ll be responsible for designing and executing software development strategies, optimizing architecture, and ensuring seamless product delivery in a dynamic environment. Key Skills & Capabilities Required - 15 years in progressive technical leadership roles, driving software development and enterprise solutions. - Proven experience leading AI-driven automation and large-scale cloud-based solution implementations. - Strong expertise in Agile, DevOps, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. - Deep knowledge of modern tech stacks including .Net, Python, Power Platform, Azure Services, and Generative AI . - Ability to develop and execute solution architecture strategies , ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. - Strong project management background ( PMP, Scrum Master certifications required; TOGAF preferred ). - Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills – able to communicate technical strategies to senior leadership.
