The Opportunity: The Solution Services Lead (SSL) is a technical leader responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of Low-Code developers and Salesforce administrators to adapt and implement Flextrack’s product capabilities based on client-specific requirements. This role ensures that product-based solutions remain scalable, configurable, and reusable, reducing custom work while improving implementation efficiency. The SSL plays a critical role in translating business and technical requirements into repeatable solution frameworks, leveraging Salesforce, Flow Builder, and Low-Code development tools to drive efficient deployment. The SSL leads technical execution, automation, and integration efforts, ensuring solutions align with best practices while remaining flexible to client needs. This role also contributes to process improvements, technical enablement, and knowledge sharing across teams. Day to day you will: Technical Leadership & Low-Code Development: Lead and mentor a team of Low-Code developers and Salesforce administrators, fostering skill development in Salesforce Flow Builder, declarative automation, and platform extensibility. Define and implement scalable, reusable solution patterns, ensuring efficient customization without excessive technical debt. Oversee the configuration and development of workflows, automation, and integrations to align product capabilities with client requirements. Drive best practices in Salesforce data modeling, security, and process automation, ensuring consistent and efficient implementations. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and performance standards. Solution Architecture & Implementation: Translate business and functional requirements into configurable, repeatable solution frameworks that align with product strategy. Design and implement end-to-end workflow automation, using Salesforce Flow Builder, Apex (when necessary), and API integrations to streamline deployments. Optimize system configurations, declarative workflows, and UI components to enhance usability and adoption. Partner with development teams to identify opportunities for automation and Low-Code enhancements that improve scalability. Process Improvement & Technical Enablement: Develop best practices, technical playbooks, and reusable templates for Low-Code implementation. Establish governance around configuration management, change control, and deployment processes for Low-Code solutions. Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, reducing manual effort through automation and standardization. Provide technical training and enablement to team members and stakeholders, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Contribution: Work closely with development, client delivery, and product management to align Low-Code solutions with product roadmaps and technical strategy. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce-based automation and workflow configuration, supporting teams in leveraging platform capabilities effectively. Provide insights into platform enhancements and scalability considerations, influencing future product improvements. Ensure solutions are designed for long-term maintainability and extensibility, reducing custom development efforts across implementations. It would be amazing if you have: 7 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, Low-Code development, or enterprise SaaS implementation. Proven expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder, declarative automation, and process orchestration. Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in Low-Code development and platform configuration. Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, APIs, and integration best practices. Strong experience with API integrations, including Workday, HRIS systems, ERP platforms, and third-party enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability. Experience with VMS, ATS, HRIS, or contingent workforce platforms is a plus. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Jira or similar tools, and working with user stories, technical documentation, and implementation frameworks. Hands-on experience optimizing workflow performance, automation governance, and scalability of Low-Code applications. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Solution Architect, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are highly preferred.
