Product Manager

Looking for Product Manager based in United Kingdom, on behalf of a global leading player in telecoms industry (wireless communication technology). The working mode could be WFH. What you're expected to do: 1.Conduct market research and identify potential clients. 2.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 3.Develop a deep understanding of our customers, including creating personas and identifying pain points and solutions. 4.Become an authority on your product area, identifying customer needs and business opportunities through user research, feedback from crossfunctional teams, data analysis, and competitive analysis. 5.Take ownership of the customer lifecycle, ensuring their success by evaluating their unique needs and treating them. 6.Create and maintain product roadmaps, considering efforts, sizing, dependencies, and compliance requirements. 7.Analyze and report on market trends, perform competitor reviews on products and pricing, and produce product and solution packages. 8.Serve as a product expert in customer engagements and help articulate areas of competitive differentiation. 9.Lead new product/solution launches, including promotion demonstratio-ns, proof-of-concepts, exhibitions, and more. 10.Take the initiative to respond to all team messages, comments, and emails to ensure that development continues to move forward. What is required: 1.Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, radio vendor, or local system integrator preferred. 2.In-depth knowledge of In-Building Wireless Solutions. 3.Excellent communication skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background. 4.Willingness to learn new skills that pertain to the product team's needs. 5.Ability to think outside the box and come up with proactive, creative solutions for meeting a company's strategic needs and goals. 6.Strong presentation and listening skills. 7.Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
