The team is now looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cooling Engineer with expertise in pump development and hydraulic circuit design to join their innovative team. This role focuses on advancing liquid cooling solutions for data centres, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and reliability for critical infrastructure. As a Specialist Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge thermal management systems tailored for high-demand environments. Your technical expertise and innovative mindset will contribute to shaping the future of data centre cooling technology. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize hydraulic circuits and pump systems for liquid cooling applications in data centres. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate liquid cooling solutions into existing and new infrastructure. Conduct detailed analysis and simulations of fluid dynamics and thermal performance to validate designs. Select and evaluate pumps, heat exchangers, and other critical components to meet operational and energy efficiency targets. Work closely with R&D teams to prototype, test, and refine cooling systems. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. Provide technical expertise during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of cooling systems. Qualifications and Experience Needed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in pump design, hydraulic systems, or thermal management solutions. Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer principles, and liquid cooling technologies. Proficiency with simulation and design tools such as CFD software and CAD programs. Familiarity with data centre operations and critical infrastructure cooling is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
