Their innovative software solutions are transforming the industry, and as they continue to scale, they are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team on a contract basis. You will play a key role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support the company’s growth. You will work closely with senior management and various departments to ensure that financial considerations are at the forefront of business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial strategies that align with company objectives. Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the business. Monitor and manage financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Support the private equity stakeholders with regular financial reporting and analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and drive operational efficiencies. Partner with the commercial teams to evaluate new business opportunities and support pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Key Requirements: Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or equivalent, with significant experience in a similar role. Experience: Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role within a private equity-backed SaaS or technology business. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the SaaS business model, including key metrics and financial drivers.
